Tonight, tonight

Tonight I'm taking Jen out on our first real date. I'm a little nervous because the whole dating thing to me can be a little silly sometime. I guess I have to play the game that society tells me I need to play otherwise I'll be single the rest of my life.

Here's the plan I've devised... First up is dinner at a nice little Mexican restaurant Mercadito. Up next will be a little comedy with the kids from the Upright Citizens Brigade. After that I'm at a loss. I had this idea of a champagne bar, but any place with a strict dresscode scares me a little. Plus, how do you tell a girl before a date, "oh and don't wear those converse you like to wear." It's too bad, because I know she really likes champagne so it could be a big hit. Or maybe it's too much... I DON'T KNOW! I think I won't go for the overkill and I'll try a new place called Temple Bar. It's nice and quiet and quaint.
